CallMiner, have announced the details of its hosted events and activities as an exhibitor at Customer Contact Week 2018.
CallMiner will host a Master Class Workshop, a Meet the Customer event, and Demo Theater Presentations, as well as the always popular CallMiner Moscow Mule Reception.
The Master Class Workshop, titled “Interaction Analytics Simplified: How Omni-channel Analytics Technology Works and Applies to the Contact Center Industry,” will be held on Tuesday, June 19th from 2:15-5:00 p.m., PT. Representatives from CallMiner customer SiriusXM will be co-hosting the workshop to share personal experiences with attendees.

CallMiner’s Moscow Mule Reception will return for the 3rd year during the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour on Wednesday, June 20th from 5:30-7:00 p.m., PT, in CallMiner Booth #314.
Conference attendees can visit the booth any time prior to the happy hour to pick up a poker chip to guarantee a Moscow Mule mug to take home after networking with CallMiner staff, our partners, and industry peers in our reception lounge.
On Thursday, June 21st, CallMiner will host a Meet the Customer event to speak with Emily Deragon, Senior Solutions Manager of Speech Analytics at SiriusXM in CallMiner Booth #314 from 9:50-10:50 a.m., PT. Deragon will share expert advice in organizing a speech analytics program, establishing Key Performance Indicators, and achieving ROI and corporate goals.
CallMiner will also be hosting demonstrations of CallMiner solutions and solutions from our partner Authority Software, LiveVox, and Netlink every 15 minutes in our Demo Theater during the entirety of the Contact Center Week exhibitor hours of June 20th 9:50 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and June 21st 9:50 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
