Capacity will be exhibiting at CCW Las Vegas 2026, where the company plans to showcase its CX Build Lab and demonstrate how organisations can combine AI-powered tools to support customer service operations.
Located at Booth 739, Capacity will present its CX automation platform, which brings together several customer experience technologies within a single environment. Areas of focus include:

In addition to product showcases, booth activities will include a claw machine experience. Women attending CCW Las Vegas 2026 will also be eligible to enter a prize draw for a $500 gift.
