More than 400 people have registered for the CCA conference in Glasgow, which is now in its 18th year.
CCA, the professional body responsible for setting standards in service delivery and contact centre operations, reports a significant increase in attendance at its Annual Summit.

Chief Executive Anne Marie Forsyth says, “Brands, including DVLA, John Lewis, giffgaff, MetroBank, Yodel and BT, will take part in a series of keynote presentations, interactive debates and break-outs. Alex Nisbett will share the key challenges in delivering the ultimate spectator experience at London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.”
She continues, “More and more organisations across a wide range of sectors are eager to find out how to deliver more in an age of austerity and rising customer expectation. CCA Convention has a reputation for delivering the latest thinking on customer service strategies and this year’s event will not disappoint.”
