Content Guru has been included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) for the 12th consecutive year, marking another appearance in the industry analyst’s assessment of contact centre technology providers.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates technology providers based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision, positioning companies within four categories: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries and Niche Players.
Content Guru attributes its continued inclusion in the report to its experience delivering large-scale contact centre deployments and its ongoing investment in AI-powered customer engagement.
Sean Taylor, CEO at Content Guru, said:
“We believe that being included in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for CCaaS for the twelfth consecutive year reflects our track record of delivering large, complex deployments for the world’s largest organizations, including in Critical National Infrastructure, where consistent availability is non-negotiable.
“We feel that momentum is showing in our results, with the first three quarters of this year delivering the strongest sales bookings in our history as we continue to expand globally.
As enterprises increasingly bring human and digital labor together, we are working with customers as a trusted AI partner and provider, guiding them through every stage of their AI journey so they can deliver exceptional experiences in the moments that matter most“.
Content Guru also reported that the first three quarters of 2026 delivered its highest sales bookings to date, as the company continues to expand its international operations.
