Content Guru has announced its participation in the Next Contact Center Summit 2026, where it will showcase its cloud customer experience platform (storm), AI orchestration layer (brain), and intelligent digital assistant (brain MACHINE AGENT).
During the event, the company’s Japan Country Manager, Masakatsu Yoneda, will deliver a keynote presentation featuring a live demonstration of brain MACHINE AGENT, including its speech-to-speech and multilingual capabilities, alongside an overview of emerging trends in customer experience technology.
Content Guru will also present a case study from a UK power distributor that has used AI and CRM integration to automate a significant proportion of inbound customer calls. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the company’s AI technology firsthand during the event.
The announcement highlights Content Guru’s continued focus on the Japanese market, where it operates local hosting infrastructure and supports customers across both the public and private sectors.
