DTX London will return to ExCeL on 1–2 October 2025 for its 20th anniversary.
Centred on the theme “Innovation with integrity; driving value, delivering purpose”, the event will bring together leaders, practitioners, and experts to explore the skills, strategies, and technologies shaping long-term business transformation.
This year’s programme highlights the role of people in digital change, with sessions designed around real-world challenges facing organisations today.
Key speakers and sessions include:
- Mo Farah, Olympic Champion, opening the event with reflections on turning aspirations into outcomes.
- Jason Hardy, CTO for AI at Hitachi Vantara, on why AI’s future depends on data integrity.
- Alan Reed, Head of Platform Innovation at bet365, on why most AI initiatives fail and how to overcome common barriers.
- Bryan Glick, editor of Computer Weekly, in conversation with Sharon Gunn, chief executive of BCS, reflecting on the Post Office scandal and the role of people in technology.
Cybersecurity will be integrated across all stages, with a particular focus on human-cyber risk. Discussions include a panel with experts from Deliveroo and Citi on implementing AI responsibly, and Moona Ederveen of the Information Security Forum on preparing for quantum threats.
The Main Stage will also feature a panel of senior leaders from Vanquis, the University of East London and Lloyds Banking Group exploring the strategic alignment of tech leadership, alongside members of the new DTX Advisory Board from organisations including Segro, Apollo, Santander, Vanquis, the NFL and RSA.
DTX will again run alongside the Unified Communications Expo (UCX), offering a combined platform to explore how people, platforms and processes work together to accelerate transformation.
