Geomant’s Solution Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

Geomant has announced that its Data Collaborator r1.0 is compliant with key Avaya OneCloud solutions, providing the market with a new generation of middleware for contact centre wallboard and dashboard solutions.

Geomant Wallboard, as packaged with Data Collaborator, provides Avaya customers with a unified view of their contact centre data, keeping agents informed and empowered, and enabling management with actionable information from across the enterprise. Avaya is a global leader in solutions that enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.

Geomant helps customers by providing a robust contact centre wallboard solution that provides instant awareness of changing KPIs through desktop and mobile monitoring and alerting, along with contact centre signage.

Web-based management dashboards present data in a consolidated form to support agile decision-making from any location. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Call Management System 19.2.
