There is still time to complete the survey, simply answer 5 questions about a recent technology purchase for your chance to win.

The question Ultra Communications has been asking the community is:

‘How much does your contact centre technology really cost?’

Based on these responses, Ultra will send participants a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculation across the entire life of their technology equipment and applications. Participants will also be sent a free copy of the complete 2013 Cost of Technology survey report once the research is complete – enabling them to compare their TCO figures against industry averages.
