Returning from Customer Contact Expo, mplsystems are delighted to announce a record breaking number of visitors this year.

The show took place in London’s Olympia over two days last week and enjoyed heightened success after merging with ecommerce expo and TFM. The mplsystems team were on hand providing demonstrations of our software solution, intelligentContact, with particular focus on our latest developments, the intelligentResponse platform and the Omni-Channel Process Design Tool.

“The show was a fantastic opportunity to meet some great organisations looking to future-proof their contact centres,” commented Marketing Director, Susannah Richardson.

“Having exhibited at CC Expo for the past 10 years, it is interesting to see the shift for contact centres moving heavily towards deploying a fully Omni-Channel approach and preparing for the trends of the near distant future.”

“mplsystems offer a complete Omni-Channel contact centre solution; with its unique, configurable, modular approach, it enables us to build engagement solutions around each organisation’s individual processes.”

“Our recent advancements with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Virtual Assistance have allowed us to develop modules that enable companies to seamlessly introduce self-service and automation as part of their Contact Centre service.”

CEO Paul White and Software Developer Neal Jones, delivered a presentation on the rise of AI and Virtual Assistance within the contact centre in the Customer Experience Theatre on the first day. The session was incredibly popular and opened up a platform for discussion of these issues by looking at real examples of contact centres who are implementing virtual assistants and automated chat as part of their digital strategy.
