Vonage APIs Drive Orum’s Global Communication Growth

Vonage has announced that Orum has integrated their APIs into its platform.

Through Vonage’s Voice API, Orum manages over 7 million voice minutes each month across 125+ countries and acquires more than 100,000 phone numbers monthly. The integration streamlines global operations and supports large-scale outbound communication.

Vonage’s Video API also powers Orum’s virtual sales floor, enabling live coaching and collaboration between managers and sales teams across different locations.

According to Christophe Van de Weyer, President and Head of Business Unit API for Vonage, the partnership demonstrates how Orum is using Vonage’s communication capabilities to scale globally and deliver connected, efficient customer experiences.

Orum now operates in over 160 countries, supporting industries including financial services, ecommerce, and cybersecurity, with Vonage APIs underpinning its global communications infrastructure.
