- What barriers stop you from running your dream contact centre?
- How frequently do you ask customers to complete a post-contact survey?
- How are you using Average Handling Time (AHT) in your contact centre?

The survey will run from 5th October up to 3rd November 2016 (extended deadline), with results being published in December 2016.
The final report will capture a snapshot view of the contact centre industry in 2016, as witnessed by 500+ current contact centre professionals.
By filling in the survey, you will automatically receive a copy of the final report.
You will also be entered into a prize draw to win an Apple Watch Nike+ (Terms and Conditions apply – see below for details).

Terms and Conditions
- To take part in the survey you should be a contact centre professional, currently working within a contact centre. Anyone found not to be working within the contact centre industry may be removed from the prize draw. (Please use a work email address where possible when completing the survey to help us verify this).
- Once the survey is closed, the winner of the Apple Watch Nike+ will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by email. The prize will be non-exchangeable.
- All people taking part in the survey will get a final copy of the results gathered and any subsequent report created.
- To be entered into the prize draw for the Apple Watch Nike+, all contact details must be filled in. Those who don’t may be removed from the prize draw.
