Verint has announced that following its recent transaction with Calabrio, the combined organization will operate under a single corporate name: Verint.
The move follows a period of integration focused on aligning product strategies and brand positioning. While the corporate identity will be unified, the Calabrio product name will remain and continue as part of the Verint portfolio, supported within the broader Verint CX Automation Platform.

“Verint’s 30-year track record of innovation and scale, combined with Calabrio’s powerful and trusted workforce engagement capabilities, positions us to deliver unmatched value to customers around the world.”
The company said customers will gain access to expanded capabilities as automation, AI-powered bots, workflow tools, and workforce engagement solutions are brought together under a single platform.

The combined organization brings together Verint’s enterprise automation capabilities and global partner network with Calabrio’s workforce engagement solutions, which are used by thousands of organisations worldwide.
