InVision Software, the company behind injixo, the cloud workforce management (WFM) application for customer service, is pleased to announce another new customer.

Videoslots is an online casino, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Malta. It specializes in the European market and is licensed by the gambling authorities in multiple countries in the UK and across Europe.

Videoslots selected injixo to replace a WFM application that they had outgrown and was not fulfilling their requirements. They started reaping the benefits of injixo within three weeks of sign-up, following onboarding, training and set-up with the assistance of the injixo consultants.

Naomi Johnson, Workforce Planning Manager, said: “The system is very user-friendly for planners, team leaders and agents. It has reduced the workload of the planning team by 60%.

“The forecasting and requirements calculations make sure we know where our staffing gaps are. For example, we now request overtime only when it’s needed.”

Richard Saqladi, Regional Sales Director, UK, Ireland, Nordics & Benelux at InVision, said, “We are thrilled that Videoslots has selected InVision as their trusted workforce management provider. We are excited to embark on a mutually beneficial partnership that will be a ‘win-win’ for Videoslots and injixo!”
