Vonage has received recognition from Frost & Sullivan for its position in the CPaaS market.

The company, part of Ericsson, was named a Leader in the latest Frost & Sullivan CPaaS Radar” and awarded APAC CPaaS Company of the Year. This marks multiple consecutive years of recognition, reflecting its continued presence in the sector.

Vonage’s offerings include network APIs such as location services, silent authentication, SIM swap detection, and quality on demand, alongside developer tools designed to support enterprise use cases and integration.

Its portfolio also includes video APIs with features such as live captions, transcription, translation, and content moderation, aimed at industries including telehealth, education, and retail.
