For 17 years the Call Centre Management Association has celebrated hundreds of examples of call centre excellence.
Last week the judges, sponsors and business leaders from various industries, including retail, financial services, the public sector and telecoms, met to celebrate the effort and impact each finalist has had on their customers and their business.
