Zoom has expanded its Revenue Accelerator platform with three new AI-powered sales capabilities and two new licensing options.
The update introduces the general availability of Sales Assist, Ask ZRA, and Sales Roleplay, which are now available through the new Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials and Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium offerings.
The new capabilities are designed to support sales teams at different stages of the sales process.
Sales Roleplay provides AI-powered practice sessions using simulated customer scenarios, Sales Assist offers real-time guidance during customer conversations, and Ask ZRA enables users to query customer conversations and revenue data using natural language.
According to Zoom, the launch comes as organisations look to simplify their technology environments.
The company cited IDC research, which found that 34% of sales executives identified improving interoperability between systems as the leading driver of their sales initiatives, while 28% said reducing the number of systems and vendors they manage was their highest priority.
Zoom also announced two new licensing options. Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials is aimed at organisations introducing AI into their sales processes, while Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium adds expanded AI usage allowances and additional administrative controls for organisations deploying AI more broadly across revenue teams.
Commenting on the announcement, Madison Muchow, General Manager of Zoom Revenue Accelerator at Zoom, said:
“Every customer conversation is more than a record of what happened; it’s an opportunity to shape what happens next.
We believe AI should do more than summarize interactions; it should help revenue teams prepare smarter by coaching continuously, and execute with confidence to drive more pipeline. That’s the future we’re building at Zoom.”
Zoom also said that Zoom Revenue Accelerator can integrate with compatible AI platforms and enterprise workflows through its MCP Server, including its plug-in for OpenAI Codex, allowing organisations to use revenue intelligence across different applications.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials is scheduled to become available in August. Both Essentials and Premium introduce a consumption-based model for advanced AI capabilities, allowing organisations to align AI usage with their business requirements.
