Zoom Recognized as UCaaS Leader in Gartner MQ for 7th Consecutive Year

Zoom has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), marking its seventh consecutive inclusion in the report.

Zoom is also one of three companies included in both Gartner’s UCaaS and contact centre as a Service (CCaaS) Magic Quadrants.

The recognition comes as Zoom continues to develop its unified communications platform across telephony, meetings, messaging and contact centre capabilities.

ZoomMate can connect information from Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Chat and Zoom My Notes, as well as third-party platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Slack.

The company said this cross-platform context is intended to help users prepare for meetings and calls, support collaboration during conversations and move from discussions to follow-up actions.

Zoom’s continued inclusion in the UCaaS Magic Quadrant, alongside its recognition in Gartner’s CCaaS Magic Quadrant, reflects the company’s focus on bringing communications, collaboration and AI capabilities together across employee and customer interactions.

The 2026 recognition represents Zoom’s seventh consecutive appearance in Gartner’s UCaaS Magic Quadrant.
