80% of Contact Centre Professionals Have Never Been Offered Voice Training

Four out of every five of those in the contact centre industry have never been offered voice training, according to the results of our poll. Indeed, only a meagre 19% have been given the chance to partake in such coaching, with one percent not being able to provide an answer.
