Content Guru Partners With CDI Foundation

Content Guru has become an Innovator Partner of the CDI Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on promoting and developing the Conversational AI community.

The CDI Foundation supports industry best practice and design standards for human-centric and inclusive AI assistants, alongside research, education, and professional development initiatives.

The organisation was established by The Conversation Design Institute (CDI), which provides training and certification in the creation of human-centric AI assistants.

Through the partnership, Content Guru will contribute to the Foundation’s work via its membership of the CDI Foundation Advisory Circle, providing strategic input into ongoing initiatives.

The company is also supporting the Foundation’s ‘Beyond Boundaries’ Global Festival in Barcelona, an event for senior AI professionals across Europe.

Content Guru provides customer experience technology through its storm platform, which integrates AI, communications, systems of record, and IoT technologies. Its AI orchestration layer, brain, supports automated workflows, knowledge assistance for advisors, real-time transcription and summarisation, and keyword identification within a single environment.
