Deepdesk, an AnywhereNow company, secured third place in the ‘Ready to Scale’ category at the Microsoft Copilot Hackathon in Madrid.
“We’re honoured to be recognized by Microsoft for our innovation and speed in delivering AI solutions that drive business value and can be deployed quickly across any Microsoft Copilot environment, thanks to Deepdesk’s unique portability across CX platforms,” said Jon Burghart, Managing Director at Deepdesk.
The event brought together developers, ISVs, and Microsoft’s architect team to showcase AI-driven innovation.
Deepdesk was recognized for building two Microsoft Copilot agents in a single day: a Credit Card Query Assistant for financial services and a Sales Pitch Generator to support helpdesk teams.
Designed for quick deployment, both projects could be operational within weeks, reflecting the category’s focus on commercially viable solutions.
“Our partnership with Microsoft helps customers unlock new levels of agility and intelligence in their CX operations, and this is just the beginning,” added Burghart.
“As Microsoft Copilot Studio evolves, Deepdesk will continue to enable scalable, flexible AI solutions that work across any CX stack, helping businesses stay ahead in a hybrid human and AI future.”
Beyond the hackathon, Deepdesk’s technology helps enterprises use Microsoft Copilot Studio to build AI agents and then deploy them across CX platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, and NICE. This portability ensures organizations can integrate Copilot agents into complex environments while maximizing their existing Microsoft investments.
The company’s approach supports Microsoft’s hybrid human–AI vision, combining agent expertise with intelligent automation to enhance customer experience.
