ElevenLabs has entered into a strategic partnership with Deloitte to support enterprise adoption of agentic AI in customer experience.
The collaboration marks ElevenLabs’ first partnership with a Big Four firm. The agreement brings together the ElevenLabs Agents platform and Deloitte’s consulting and industry expertise.
The focus is on helping organisations design and deploy conversational agents that integrate with existing enterprise systems across customer experience, sales, and internal operations.
Initial work includes developing solutions for high-value customer journeys, such as customer service and collections.
The companies are also creating customer experience accelerators, including industry-specific agent blueprints and standardised integration patterns, aimed at supporting governance and scalability requirements.
Jan Michalski, Partner and GenAI Leader at Deloitte Central Europe, said: “Across our work with clients in Central Europe, we observe growing demand for agentic AI that operates reliably at enterprise scale and supports meaningful business transformation.
Through our partnership with ElevenLabs, we will help organizations embed agentic capabilities into core customer and operational processes in a way that enables scale, governance, and long-term value.”
Mati Staniszewski, Co-founder of ElevenLabs, added: “The next phase of customer experience will be defined by agents that can reason and act – safely, reliably, and at enterprise scale.
This partnership with Deloitte allows us to combine our AI models and agents platform with their expertise in strategy and delivery.
Together, we will help enterprises deploy industry-specific conversational agents that meet high standards for performance, control, and compliance.”
