Gartner has recently published their Magic Quadrant Report for CRM Web Customer Service which features eGain as a leading supplier.
The report examines the whole market for Customer Service Applications and looks at all of the technology companies that operate in this space.
eGain have made available a limited number of copies of the Gartner report.
