Genesys has announced three senior appointments in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to strengthen its senior leadership team.

Joffray Anduze becomes Vice President of France, Gabriel Frasconi joins as Vice President of Partner Sales EMEA, and Paulette Toynton takes on the role of Vice President, Experience Orchestration EMEA.

The moves reflect the region’s varied economic and digital landscape, with each leader set to focus on expanding platform adoption, strengthening enterprise value through CX orchestration, and refining go-to-market approaches across EMEA.

Daniel Bailey, Senior Vice President for EMEA at Genesys, said, “EMEA continues to provide strong opportunities for Genesys, and these appointments strengthen the leadership foundation we need to drive our AI-Powered Experience Orchestration strategy.”

He added: “Joffray, Gabriel, and Paulette bring extensive experience across key business functions. Their leadership will enhance our ability to help organizations across EMEA transform how they connect with customers and deliver more empathetic, outcome-driven experiences.”

As Vice President of France, Anduze will lead growth, customer engagement, and strategic relationships in the market. His background includes senior roles at MongoDB, Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and serving as Managing Director of the ERP Division at Cegid.

Frasconi, the new Vice President of EMEA Partner Sales, will guide partner strategy and revenue development across the region. He brings over two decades of experience from Freshworks, Slack, Zendesk, Avaya, and Salesforce, where he held senior sales leadership positions in France and EMEA.

Toynton joins as Vice President, Experience Orchestration EMEA, with more than 25 years of experience across the global financial and CX sectors.

Her career includes senior roles such as MD and Global Head of Channel Servicing and Customer Care Strategy at HSBC, along with leadership positions at Bank of America, Santander, and Royal Bank of Scotland.

These appointments reflect continued growth for Genesys in EMEA.
