A legal expenses insurance provider has extended its partnership with Sabio to lead a multi-year digital transformation project.

The initiative involves migrating from the current Avaya OnDemand contact centre platform to the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP), shifting from private to public cloud infrastructure.

This transition aims to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Sabio was selected for its expertise in managing complex technological transitions, having previously supported the provider’s move from on-premises systems to private cloud solutions.

Danny Seaborne, Managing Director for Sabio Group in the UK and South Africa, said:We’re genuinely thrilled to continue our journey with this significant and long-standing customer of ours at Sabio, as they embark on this transformative project.
