NICE has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This collaboration is designed to support the integration of AI, cloud, and automation in customer service operations.
As part of the partnership, NICE’s CXone Mpower platform is now available on AWS Marketplace, offering organisations streamlined access to AI-driven customer experience tools.
Barry Cooper, President, CX Division, NICE, said, “Organizations are under pressure to unify fragmented service operations and unlock the full value of AI.
Through our collaboration with AWS, we’re addressing this urgent need – bringing together industry-leading AI and cloud capabilities to help businesses automate customer service workflows end-to-end, with the speed, flexibility, and scale today’s environment demands.”
The alliance focuses on simplifying deployment, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling end-to-end automation across service workflows.
By combining NICE’s CXone Mpower capabilities with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q Business, the agreement aims to support more flexible, scalable, and data-driven service delivery.
Chris Grusz, Managing Director, Technology Partnerships, AWS, said, “NICE’s customer experience expertise combined with AWS’s cloud and AI capabilities creates a powerful relationship that helps businesses transform their operations.
By bringing CXone Mpower to AWS Marketplace and deepening our technical integration, we’re making it simpler for organizations to implement intelligent automation at scale, ultimately delivering better experiences for their customers while achieving greater operational efficiency.”
