NiCE has announced an expanded strategic partnership with IGT Solutions aimed at supporting AI-focused customer experience initiatives for global enterprises.
Through the NiCE Strategic Partner Program, IGT Solutions will deploy NiCE’s CX AI platform, CXone Mpower, across its service operations.
The partnership combines IGT Solutions’ domain expertise with NiCE’s CXone Mpower platform. IGT Solutions plans to use the platform within its aviation and travel service operations across more than 30 delivery centres.
The integration is intended to support inbound engagement, apply AI to reduce handling times, improve customer experience metrics, and manage interactions across both voice and digital channels.

As part of the SPP, IGT Solutions will align its offerings around the CXone Mpower ecosystem, including enterprise voice services and additional tools such as NiCE Cognigy conversational AI and NiCE Feedback Management, all operating within a unified cloud environment.
