Puzzel Partners With AVANT to Expand EMEA Reach

Puzzel has announced a strategic partnership with technology distribution platform AVANT.

This partnership is aimed to expand access to its AI-powered customer experience solutions across EMEA.

The agreement will make Puzzel’s cloud-native contact centre platform available through AVANT’s network of Trusted Advisors, giving organisations access to AI, automation and omnichannel customer service capabilities as part of broader digital transformation projects.

Through the partnership, AVANT’s advisors will be able to offer Puzzel’s customer experience platform to organisations looking to manage customer conversations across voice and digital channels, automate routine interactions and provide agents with real-time insights.

Commenting on the partnership, Rob Merhej, Regional Vice President, AVANT – EMEA, said:

AVANT provides enterprises with access to technology solutions across areas including cloud, connectivity, security, AI and customer experience through its network of Trusted Advisors. Under the agreement, those advisors will also gain access to Puzzel’s modular customer experience platform.

The partnership forms part of Puzzel’s ongoing expansion of its partner ecosystem across the EMEA region.
