Sabio Expands Disrupt 2026 Across Four European Cities

Sabio Group has announced the dates and locations for Disrupt 2026.

Its customer experience event series is taking place across four European cities: Madrid on 14 April, London on 19 May, Paris on 2 June, and Utrecht on 16 June.

The expanded programme reflects increasing interest in practical approaches to AI within customer experience.

Across the four events, senior leaders will examine current challenges and share examples of AI being applied in real operational environments. More than 600 CX leaders are expected to attend.

Andy Roberts, CEO of Sabio Group, commented on their events, saying:

Disrupt 2026 will include sessions on AI maturity planning, models for automating customer interactions, approaches to building trust at scale, and examples from organisations already implementing AI in production.
