Scorebuddy has announced a rebrand to ScorebuddyCX, reflecting the company’s expansion beyond quality assurance into a broader customer experience intelligence offering.
Originally established as a quality assurance platform for contact centres, ScorebuddyCX now combines QA capabilities with AI-powered scoring, conversation analytics, coaching and learning tools within a single platform.
The company said the new name reflects both its longstanding focus on quality assurance and the wider range of customer experience functions the platform now supports.
While continuing to serve QA teams responsible for agent evaluation, compliance and quality management, ScorebuddyCX is also targeting organisations seeking greater visibility into customer interactions and experience outcomes.
According to the company, more than 300 organisations across 25 countries use the platform to assess customer interactions and support performance improvement initiatives.
Customers using its QA AI platform report a reduction in manual QA workload, increased QA coverage and improved AI auto-scoring capabilities across channels including voice, chat and email.
Commenting on the rebrand, Derek Corcoran, CEO of ScorebuddyCX, said: “Scorebuddy was designed by QA experts, and that expertise is the foundation everything else is built on.”
He added: “ScorebuddyCX is the natural next step, giving our customers everything they need not just to manage quality but gain insights and deliver better customer experiences, from the same platform they already trust.”
