Talkdesk Earns TrustRadius 2023 Best of Awards

TrustRadius has recognized Talkdesk with three Best of Awards in the contact centre category:

  • 2023 Best Relationship
  • 2023 Best Value for Price
  • 2023 Best Feature Set

With a trScore of 8.5 out of 10 and more that 550 verified reviews, 96% of reviewers said they would purchase the Talkdesk cloud-based contact centre platform again, 95% indicated their Talkdesk implementation went as expected, and 95% are happy with the product feature set.

Talkdesk emerged as a valuable player in the following areas:

  • 9.1 out of 10 for interactive voice response
  • 9.1 out of 10 for warm transfer
  • 9.0 out of 10 for call scripts
  • 8.9 out of 10 for call forwarding
  • 8.7 out of 10 for outbound response
  • 8.7 out of 10 for multichannel integration

To win a Best of Award, a nominated organization must receive a minimum of 10 TrustRadius reviews from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

As needed, additional vetting via textual review analysis will be performed by the TrustRadius research team and a product’s newest review volume is heavily weighted.

In May 2023, Talkdesk earned the TrustRadius 2023 Top Rated Awards in the contact centre, call centre workforce optimization, call recording, and VoIP categories.
