UJET Launches Google Cloud CCaaS for SMB Market

UJET has announced the launch of Google Cloud CCaaS by UJET.

This is a managed service offering aimed at extending Google Cloud’s AI-powered contact centre and customer experience solutions to small and midmarket organisations through AVANT’s Technology Solutions Distributor channel.

The offering introduces a new route for Trusted Advisors to deliver Google Cloud’s CX capabilities, including the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience suite, without requiring large enterprise agreements or significant cloud spend commitments.

It is designed to make AI-driven CX tools more accessible to organisations outside the enterprise segment.

“This launch represents a significant expansion of our long-standing relationship with Google Cloud,” said Vasili Triant, CEO of UJET.

“Through this managed service approach, we are providing the channel with Google Cloud’s industry-leading, AI-first CX solutions, backed by world-class support and dedicated customer success resources.

This motion allows small businesses and midmarket organizations to easily purchase and adopt the same powerful AI tools used today by the largest global enterprises.”

The service combines core contact centre functionality, including omnichannel routing and analytics, with AI capabilities such as virtual agents, real-time assistance, and conversational insights.

It also includes access to Google’s CX Agent Studio for building agentic AI workflows, alongside support services aimed at simplifying deployment and ongoing use.

The initiative is positioned as a way to broaden access to AI-led CX tools, enabling organisations to adopt capabilities such as automation, agent assistance, and analytics either as standalone solutions or as part of a wider platform transition.
