Vonage (part of Ericsson) has been named a niche player in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS.
Its UCaaS platform, Vonage Business Communications (VBC), brings together telephony, messaging, and meetings into a single system designed to support industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
The platform aims to help organisations improve communication efficiency and reliability across teams.
Vonage also offers Vonage Fusion, which combines UCaaS with its contact centre as a Service (CCaaS), enabling closer collaboration between agents and back-office teams.
In addition, the company provides AI-powered tools such as virtual assistants, knowledge bots, and transcription services to support workflow automation and customer interaction.
