Wisper Acquires Avencall Xivo

Wisper have announced the acquisition of the company Avencall Xivo, French leader in open source unified communication and contact centre telephony solutions.

This transaction allows the three funds (Ambition Numérique managed by Bpifrance Investissements, Sigma Gestion and InnovaFonds) to increase Wisper’s new active customer portfolio with more than 800 clients and 220,000 installed positions.

This announcement comes after its latest funding round of  €12 million at the start of the year, including from historical investor Normandie Participations.
