8×8 Wins Four Stevie Awards for Technology and Service

8×8 has received four Stevie Awards at the 23rd Annual International Business Awards, including a Gold Stevie for Technology Team of the Year and three Silver awards recognising customer service and technology leadership.

The awards attracted entries from organisations across 82 nations and territories, with nominations assessed by more than 200 business professionals through an independent judging process.

The four awards were:

• Technology Team of the Year – Gold: 8×8 Professional Services Team
• Customer Service Executive of the Year – Silver: Chuck Emmette, Global Vice President of Professional Services
• Business Technology Executive of the Year – Silver: Tim Volking, Vice President of Technical Services and Support
• Communication Technology Executive of the Year – Silver: Tim Volking, Vice President of Technical Services and Support

The judges highlighted the Professional Services team’s approach to customer support, stating:

“8×8’s Professional Services team presents an outstanding example of customer service excellence through a people-centered approach that combines consulting, implementation, managed services, AI optimization, and long-term customer success.”

Walter Weisner, Chief Customer Officer at 8×8, said:

The International Business Awards are scheduled to celebrate this year’s winners in Paris on October 28.
