Call Centre Helper is looking for nominations for the most respected people in the contact centre industry 2012.

It’s hard to believe, but it is now almost 3 years since we last published who you felt were the Best respected people in the contact centre industry.

Nominations have now closed. Here are the winners.

Our last top 10 included Martin Hill-Wilson, Carolyn Blunt, Owen Jackson, Sandra Busby, Jo Dufficy, Ann-Marie Stagg, Dave Appleby, Simon Roncoroni, Leanne Yanitski and Neville Upton.
