Akixi Wins Best Analytics Platform Award

Akixi has been announced the winner of the Best Analytics Platform in the UC Awards 2020.

The awards ceremony, hosted by Rob Scott of UC Today, was held as a virtual event broadcast online.

The Akixi team came together on Microsoft Teams to collectively watch the results being announced, and to find out whether we had retained our winner’s crown from the previous year.

Rob Scott explains why Akixi’s cloud-based call reporting and analytics solutions won the Best Analytics Platform this year.

He says: “2019 was a transformative year for the company. They delivered a new redesign of their user interface and also launched Akixi 3000, a new omnichannel offering for the market, whilst reporting fantastic growth in revenues.”
