Aspect Software announced a channel agreement with Amillan, bespoke IP-based voice and data networking, contact centre, unified communications and mobility solutions provider.
The agreement, which enables an offering of integrated Microsoft Lync and contact centre applications to customers in the UK, is part of Aspect’s wider programme in the region for strengthening its current offerings through resellers.
