Assembled Launches Brand Studio for Multi-Brand AI Support

Assembled has launched Brand Studio, a new feature designed to help businesses manage multiple AI customer support agents across different brands from a single platform.

The tool allows organizations to create distinct AI agent identities for each brand, including different personalities, voices, knowledge bases, and visual styles, while managing them centrally across support channels.

According to Ryan Wang, the feature was developed in response to growing expectations around personalized customer support.

He said: “Consumers today don’t want to feel like their support needs are getting farmed out to a chatbot, which means that as AI-powered customer service becomes more commonplace, the brands that win will be those that use it to get more personal, not less.

Brand Studio was built for the reality that many enterprise companies manage multiple brands and brand personas. Now they can give each of those profiles a distinct, tailored AI support experience without adding operational overhead.”

The launch comes as companies face increasing pressure to personalize digital customer interactions. Research cited by Assembled suggests that 73% of consumers expect companies to understand their unique needs and expectations, while many current AI support systems still provide the same experience for all customers.

Brand Studio is designed to address this by enabling organizations to configure separate AI personas for different brands, products, or customer groups.

The platform includes tools for centralized multi-brand management, customizable AI agent personas, scalable brand support, and integrated testing and quality assurance before deployment.

One company already using the capability is Thrasio, which manages multiple brands. Gershwin Exeter said: “Managing nearly 20 brands across our business means every customer interaction has to feel intentional.
