Assembled has introduced a redesigned workflow monitoring experience, adding a new Workflows page alongside enhanced monitoring tools designed to help teams identify and troubleshoot workflow issues more efficiently.
The new Workflows page is said to provide an overview of workflow performance for a selected date range, displaying metrics such as cases impacted, resolution rate, handoff rate, AI experience, error count and error rate.
Each metric includes a comparison with the previous reporting period, while filters allow users to narrow results by channel and other criteria.
A new Top changes in resolution rate view highlights workflows that have experienced the largest improvements or declines, alongside the number of cases affected.
An All workflows table also enables users to search, sort, filter by activation status and customise the metrics displayed.
Within individual workflows, the updated Monitor tab introduces a Top issue steps view that identifies the workflow steps responsible for the highest number of handoffs, abandonments and errors. Users can drill down into affected cases before navigating directly to the relevant step in the workflow builder.
The monitoring experience also includes a Top data tools view, which ranks integrations such as custom API calls, database connectors and MCP steps by error volume, helping users determine whether issues originate from workflow logic or external data connections.
