Cactus Search have launched the results of their job satisfaction survey. The top motivator for job satisfaction is basic salary.
Other motivators are;
- Location/ Commute
- Flexi-time/Home working
- Holiday allowance
- Bonus
- Pension
- Others; On-site parking, Helath cover, car/ car allowance and creche/ childcare
The benchmarking exercise was run as a result of a discussion about the real needs of candidates at different levels and the observation that sometimes the things that drive a career move are not just to do with salary or location as you might assume.
The study was completed by 520 candidates over a five-week period and has been broken down by job role, focusing on:
- The Package
- The Company
- The Job
- The Future
