Cash Converters has invested in a purpose-built 12-seater bus specially designed to create a mobile classroom in which to train its staff.
The bus started its nationwide tour in October and will be visiting stores and offering doorstep training to employees. The vehicle is equipped with all the learning tools found in a high quality, professional training venue, providing an ideal learning environment.
The new bus will be used to boost employees’ skills in a range of key areas, including compliance, buying and customer service.

“The mobile classroom demonstrates our commitment to our staff to improve their skills and develop their careers, while also ensuring our customers continue to receive excellent service,” said David Patrick, Chief Executive of Cash Converters. “In addition, the bus will dramatically reduce travel time and expense for employees to attend training sessions, and increase flexibility and accessibility when delivering training programmes, enabling more people to benefit from our courses.”

This is really interesting and I would love to find out more. As long as it wasn’t to a competitor of theirs, would cash converters be prepared to share more info on the interior of the bus and how they went about converting it?
