Content Guru has reported growth in the U.S. credit union market, with its storm platform now supporting an additional 900,000 members over the past year, following several significant deals.
Recent migrations to storm include GreenState, Iowa’s largest credit union, along with Tyndall Federal Credit Union and Spokane Teachers Credit Union.
The shift reflects how credit unions are modernising to balance personalised service with new digital capabilities.
“Credit unions are committed to delivering first-class CX to their members, and we are delighted to be supporting them as they maintain their advantage with highly personalized service and the latest features, including AI,” explained Matt McKernan, SVP at Content Guru.
Key features being adopted include AI tools for transcription and summarisation, omni-channel communication through phone, SMS, email, chat, and video, advanced security credentials including FedRAMP High Impact authorization, and data integration that gives agents a complete view of member interactions.
McKernan added that “AI is starting to transform CX, and through our brain AI orchestration layer, credit unions can access an unmatched range of AI and automation capabilities that deliver effective and efficient interactions.”
By moving from on-premises systems to the cloud, credit unions also gain access to more communication channels and reliable support.
“Additionally, credit unions have the ability to connect seamlessly into third-party banking systems and a host of developers to deliver bespoke customizations through a wealth of APIs and web services available within storm,” said McKernan.
