Content Guru and Together Win Top AI Project Award

Content Guru and specialist lender Together have been recognized with the “Machine Learning / AI Project of the Year” award at the 2025 Digital Technology Leaders Awards.

The award acknowledges the impact of Together’s AI-driven initiative, which uses Content Guru’s storm RTAS (Real-time Transcription & Summarization) technology to improve efficiency during customer assessment calls.

Earlier this year, the project also received recognition at the CCA Global Excellence Awards, winning in the “Best Use of AI & Automation” category.

The project is said to have helped reduce average handling time by 50% by automating call summaries – a task that was previously manual and time-intensive.

This has supported operational improvements across sales and underwriting, while also enhancing the experience for staff and customers alike.
