Content Guru Wins UK IT “Vendor of the Year”

Content Guru has been named “Vendor of the Year” at the UK IT Industry Awards 2025.

They are recognised for their global growth, customer satisfaction, and ongoing investment in technology and community initiatives.

The company provides cloud-based customer experience solutions through its storm platform, which integrates AI, communications, systems of record and IoT.

Its brain orchestration layer supports both automated and agent-assisted interactions. The platform is used by major organisations in the UK and internationally, including the NHS, UK Power Networks, the DVLA and Tesco Bank.

Over the past year, Content Guru has expanded its European presence with the opening of an office in Athens, following the launch of a development hub in Porto in 2024. These additions contributed to a 17% increase in headcount, supporting product development and service delivery.

The award comes shortly after Content Guru received a 100% “Willingness to Recommend” rating in the 2025 Gartner CCaaS Voice of the Customer Report.

The UK IT Industry Awards, run by Computing and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, highlight notable achievements across the technology sector, with 30 winners selected from hundreds of entries in 2025.
