Diabolocom has announced the launch of Diabolocom Mobile.

The new service is designed to allow smartphones to operate as contact centre endpoints without the need for a dedicated app.

Activated through a SIM or eSIM, it assigns remote or mobile agents a business number and logs voice calls and SMS directly into the CRM system.

According to Diabolocom, built-in generative AI transcribes, summarizes, and tags interactions to support analysis and reporting.

Frédéric Durand, CEO of Diabolocom, said, “Teams no longer need workarounds when they leave their desks. Diabolocom Mobile lets agents serve customers on the move while managers keep the data they rely on.”

A management dashboard enables users to add lines and port numbers and adjust voice, messaging, and roaming settings.

The company says the service is intended to support hybrid and roaming teams by maintaining consistent communication and streamlining CRM updates.

Diabolocom Mobile uses the same AI engine recognized by the 2024 Frost & Sullivan Product Leadership Award for AI Innovation.
