Final call for 2013 CCMA Award nominations

It’s a great feeling when you win, so NOW is the time to enter for the Call Centre Management Association’s annual Awards.

Now in their 18th year, the categories for 2013 are:

• Call Centre Manager of the Year (large and small)
• Team Manager of the Year
• Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year
• E-business Manager of the Year
• Call Centre Support Manager of the Year (any role that provides support to the call centre operation)
• Back office support manager of the year
• Learning champion/Trainer of the Year

Nominations are free of charge and they must be received by the CCMA by no later than the 28th February 2013.
