Now in their 18th year, the categories for 2013 are: Call Centre Manager of the Year (large and small) Team Manager of the Year Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year E-business Manager of the Year Call Centre Support Manager of the Year (any role that provides support to the call centre operation) Back office support manager of the year Learning champion/Trainer of the Year CCMA Awards 2012 Nominations are free of charge and they must be received by the CCMA by no later than the 28th February 2013.
