Netcall has announced three new AI-powered capabilities for Liberty Spark, its business process improvement solution.
The updates are designed to help organisations capture business knowledge, search documented processes and turn approved requirements into applications.
As organisations adopt AI, understanding existing business processes remains an important step before introducing automation or AI tools.
This can involve gathering information from business users, documenting processes and finding relevant information across large collections of records.
The new capabilities aim to support different stages of this process, from creating and searching business processes to preparing requirements for application development.
Process Creator creates structured business processes from natural language descriptions and images. Teams can then review and refine the processes.
Ask Liberty AI allows employees to search documented processes using everyday language. This is intended to help users find information without needing to know how a process has been categorised or named.
Blueprint Generator converts approved business processes into technical specifications that can be used to generate applications within Liberty Create, Netcall’s low-code development platform.
Together, the capabilities bring several stages of process improvement into a single workflow, covering business knowledge capture, process discovery and application development.
Netcall says the updates are intended to reduce the time between defining a business requirement and creating a working application.
“Many organisations assume AI will solve inefficient processes, but we’re seeing the opposite. As businesses introduce AI, the need to understand how work actually happens has become more important than ever.
The challenge is that process improvement has traditionally involved significant manual effort and multiple specialist teams before an application can be delivered.
Our latest AI capabilities remove much of that effort, helping business and technical teams to move faster and focus on delivering better outcomes, ” said Craig Willis, Head of Client Solutions Process Improvement, Netcall.
