New Date Announced for The Contact Centre & Customer Services Summit 2020

A new date has now been announced for the Contact Centre & Customer Services Summit, which will now take place on July 6th & 7th at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted.

Registration is also now open for delegate spaces and supplier stands.

The Summit is a highly focused event that brings senior customer service professionals together with industry suppliers for one-to-one business meetings, interactive seminars and valuable networking opportunities.

Throughout two working days delegates will meet with credible suppliers who will be able to talk through requirements, including areas such as Cloud Security, Customer Engagement Solutions, Voice Analytics, Digital Platforms, Digital Innovations, Workforce Management, Training & Development and more.

Attendees will also learn about the latest customer service trends in educational seminar sessions led by some of the industry’s leading lights.

The Summit is entirely free to attend for buyers to the industry and includes a bespoke itinerary of meetings with innovative suppliers, access to a series of seminar sessions, overnight accommodation, all meals and refreshments. Plus an invitation to a networking evening dinner.
