Nominations for our “Top Contact Centre Technology” awards officially closed on Wednesday 4th December.
Nominated products include injixo WFM, rostrvm, CallMiner EurekaLive, Noble Solution Suite, BrightIndex, Aspect Social, eg work manager and Nexidia Interaction Analytics.
Persons related to nominated products will be contacted in due course, and voting will commence in the New Year.
