The finalists for the North East Contact Centre Awards 2012 have been announced ahead of next month’s event in Sunderland.
The awards, which are organised by Tyne and Wear Development Company, will take place on Friday November 9 at Rainton Meadows Arena. They celebrate the achievements of companies, teams and individuals working in one of the North East’s most successful and competitive industries.
With a total of 11 awards up for grabs, including North East Contact Centre of the Year for centres above and below 250 seats and a new category for North East Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year.
